CanLab sealing machines must be used strictly in accordance with provided instructions.
Use of non-CanLab cans, lids, or accessories may cause malfunction and will void warranties.

We make no guarantee of business outcomes (such as increased sales or customer traffic) resulting from the use of our products.

It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the machine complies with local food safety regulations, council requirements, and health standards.

5. Pricing & Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products

  • Change pricing

  • Limit quantities available

  • Update product specifications

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

6. Orders & Account Information

We may refuse, cancel, or limit quantities of orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, high-risk, or made by resellers without permission.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information.

Trade customers must maintain an active account and agree to purchase compatible consumables directly from CanLab unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is correct.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

By purchasing from CanLab, you agree to the conditions set out in our returns policy, including:

  • No change-of-mind returns

  • Faulty item process requiring photos/videos first

  • Customer-paid return shipping until fault is confirmed

  • Consumables only returnable if defective or damaged on arrival

Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Warranty

All machines include a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Consumables (PET cans, aluminium lids, seals, gaskets, rubber parts, etc.) are not covered.

Support after 12 months is available as a paid service.

10. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the site or our products for:

  • Any unlawful purpose

  • Attempting to breach security systems

  • Transmitting malware or harmful code

  • Harassment or abusive behaviour

  • Activities that violate local food safety regulations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, or use of non-approved consumables.

  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as required by the ACL.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, or links.
We do not monitor or control third-party content and are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
